from this mornings
Richmond Times-Dispatch , not alot of news, but the 1st we've heard on any players.
COMING TOGETHER: The Richmond Future, the Kickers' new Premier Development League team, will have some familiar names. For example, the goalkeepers will be local products David Comfort (Virginia) and Tim Hogan (Georgetown).
The Future also is talking to U.Va.'s Kenny Arena, son of U.S. National (World Cup) team coach Bruce Arena.
George Mason University alumnus Scott Thelen will serve as player-assistant coach. He and VCU's Roman Otten will be among the squad's overage (plus-23) players.
The squad will begin to assemble this weekend. It has an exhibition with the Kickers May 4 and opens the PDL season May 11 against Chesapeake here. - Jerry Lindquist
