Not talking of NCAA Players,there's various Comm. Colleges in this Area.

So to sum it up.

You will scour the community colleges for players of Mexican heritage to compliment the Mexican talent in a USL D-2 team ?

How exactly does that help the US game ?

I'm talking about the maximum International players a Team can have 7 not about the entire Team the rest can be born here American or Mexican American. I just want to have Player developement program here in the US for the born Mexican Players so they could easely be promoted to a higher Div. Team.

Again Leo, how does it help the US game to have a load of Mexican players gaining experience at your team ?

Go to Mexico and start a team there for Mexican players.

Why does Leo have to worry about helping the US game when USSF doesn't worry about it?

Plus, it's Leo's money. If he wants to start a team using Mexicans as his foreign players what's the problem with that? Say Leo develops a talent like Herculez Gomez and sells him to Tigres for $300,000. Its his plan, he can do as he pleases.

The Main reason I want to be Affiliated with a Mexican 1st Div. Team is because the People (living here in the US) that follow the Team in Mexico will come and see you play they will also follow you and Specially if you'r trying to develope Players for the Mexican Team.Most people like to see Players Start from the bottom and love to see them succed through out their Fooball Career,that really helps on you'r Home game Att.

How many Mexicans will get work permits or visas to play for your team ? Not many is my guess.

I know,but I will look for the ones who are living here in the US allready and the Ones who do have their Visas or Work Permits.

Keep in mind MLS is starting to develop a deep reserve system. With you being in Calif. you are going to have to compete with Chivas and the Victory in farming out Mex/Amer. players.

Plus if you grab an affiliation with one Mex. team, then you are closing the door on all of the other MFL fans.

Find your talent, develop them and then go off and look for a good club partner. It will be better for you to show a club something of a finished product (player development), then just going on ideas.....trust me I'm learning the hard way with the Galleons & academy.
