It's good to see that we made it to the final and I hope we beat Mexico. As for how we got here, my heart goes out to Canada on their disallowed goal. I really feel that was a questionable call. I don't think anyone can argue that if we were in Canada's shoes we would feel the same as they do. Those who argue are only fooling themselves. Look back to the 2002 World Cup when we lost 1-0 to Germany on that overlooked handball call where we should have been allowed a penalty kick to tie it. My point is, that's how Canadian's feel now. Don't take things for granted-appreciate what we have!

So you are a Canadian fan as well now then ?
I am sure true US fans are glad they got there, never mind who had a goal disallowed, that don't matter at all.

I thought that was fantastic goal by Benny Feilhaber. I look forward to when they play Argentina later this week.

btw, Scrump, I like Canada so what? I never forget where I was born(here in Pa.) and I'm a proud American. I'm sensitive about things and I can put myself it other's positions, unlike most. Is that a crime? Last I checked, no. One thing I want to add about yesterday's final, I thought the Mexican coach was classless in saying that 'the better team does not always win'. But I guess that is typical of them. At least one of their midfielders gave us credit in saying that we deserved to win.

Spoken like a true Mexican fan
And, Scrump, it's typical of a Mexican coach to say something like that.

And, Scrump, it's typical of a Mexican coach to say something like that. Why the eyeroll? What is wrong with Leo being a Mexican fan? If it had been Ireland vs USA and you made a comment that the goal that Ireland made was the best one, you wouldn't like it if someone did an eyeroll at you, now would you? You are so hypocritical that its not even funny
