I have it through some independant sources that there will be mascot tryouts for the Portland Timbers.
Is this true? Is Timber Jim retiring? What'll we tell the kids??

Timber Jim isn't retiring. They introduced a new mascot last year called "Bigfoot", aimed at the kids, that was at the games along with Timber Jim. That is the mascot they are having tryouts for.

Theirs only 1 problem with big foot?
Has anyone ever seen i a clear picture of him?
I think the problem is not camera's, it's big foot himself...he's blurry.
Also you cant love him because his feet are too big. lol

It's nice to see the Timbers hiring the handicapped. Looks like Bigfoot there rode the short bus to sasquatch school as a kid.

Exactly what is the connection between Timber Jim and the Portland supporters who were at the US/Venezuela game?
