He did not send me on here. It was purely coincidence that Nic was in Indianapolis on Tuesday. It was a meeting that had been scheduled for weeks. He was here to simply speak about the future of the Cincinnati franchise.

.....and what about the lack of a GM issue?

As many know, everybody in this office has the job of at least two people. In the past the coach has acted as a GM-making player decisions, scouting, etc. However, we know that that whole process has been interrupted with the coaching changes that have taken place. It is an issue that is being evaluated.
