That's it... there gonna block the views and disturb my viewing and they dont have them in Euro-roller derby and they know nothing about the sport and I will never go while they are there and they better never come near me should I decide to go and they do nothing for the team and they do nothing for the experience and they won't increase sales... Hmmmmm, never been to a bout... maybe I'll come to the next one... bq Hall Of Famer Registered: 05/18/05 Posts: 4044 Loc: Minnesota	Thor- Like most American sports and unlike the beautiful game, Roller Derby has long time outs in which the performance team ( who are pretty much mocking chearleaders of all types and kinds) do there thing. It is pretty funny because it is meant to be a spoof on lets say...a group like our performance team. You should come some evening. They (Rollergirls) seem to be doing a lot of things right when it comes to marketing!!!!!! (I know of the of "uber-fans" that show up. They're trying to get more recruits and be obnoxious NFL fans for all the teams) I missed the last one since I already had 2 other functions planned (and I might have been out of town on top of that, but decided to skip my college Homecoming), but the Rollergirls are always an interesting time. Now if they'd just pick up the speed. The track at The Roy is slow compared to last season. Hopefully the girls will get used to it and speed up. _________________________ They say marriages are made in Heaven. But so is thunder and lightning. Clint Eastwood

Would like to see what they have going from both on and off the track... More for personal knowledge than anything else...
