i stopped by thunder practice last night and learned that nic platter suffered a concussion in the montreal 1-1 draw
if you were there you will remember a very heavy first half collision in front of goal
he suffered the concussion then, but played the rest of the game anyway
wow
dont know if he will be ready to go on thur v california or not

oh, and also at practice i overheard some of the thunder players on the sideline singing "You'll Never Beat El Disco"!!!!!!!

I remember that collision ... and was dumbfounded that the forward had not been cautioned on the play ... maybe someone who's got USL Live could review the incident and give their $0.02 on that play.

One of the most important roles of the referee is to protect the players, especially goal keepers who are often very vulnerable during the run of play.

I trust that Joe is ready and chomping at the bit to show that he's still got what it takes.
