We love you Pablo, we do. We love you Pablo, we do. We love you Pablo, we do. Now that you're a Blue.
We should get him thermal undershirts, as a welcome gift. But make sure they are the kind you can write wee messages on.

I really don't know how to feel about this. Do I still want to make fun of him?

He seems an enormous man-baby with a proven track record of putting goals away. I can learn to live with the first part if the second part is true.
That said, there's a part of me that really enjoys being the underdog... the scrappy little team with the thin wallet and big dreams. It's a hopelessly romantic picture of what is, after all a professional sport, but I loved the upsets, the incredulous announcers at away games and the wary respect we got from richer teams.
If we pour money into the team and lose that... I'll be sad. That's unreasonable and unfair to many people at the Stars, but still... I much preferred 2002 Man City to 2008 Man City.

No one is talking Man City here. I get what you're saying, but when it comes down to it, I want a damned good team.

If we managed to get Sattler, Campos and Barbara? That's a lot of the stand-out players in the league.
But it is a silly, niggling thing to get hung up on and I'll get over it when I see the opposition coaches crying.

Yep. We'll have to win a trophy to catch all the grown man tears these mofos are going to draw out of the opposition.
