Does anyone have a Snake Bite Kit that they can bring to the home game next Saturday against San Antonio.

This team is in a rut of serious bad luck and I feel that only some first aid will fix it.

Somewhat related: is it inappropriate to start a song to the tune of the Hallelujah chorus:
Pablo Campos is a wanker is a wanker a waaaaaanker!
?

"Inappropriate?" No.
As long as we swear in British, it's okay.
Also, it's only inappropriate if it's not true.
On the other hand, do you think we can pull off singing the Hallelujah chorus?

My favorite comedian Mitch Hedberg once stated that a snake bite first aid kit is a body bag. Is this what you had in mind Bruce?

Hahahahahaha. Unfortunately I don't think I will be going to Mitch Hedburg for my living and dying advice.

Wait, I'm lost. Is Snake Bite Kit the name of the Dark Clouds' 80s metal band?

The Stars have always seemed to be able to shut down both Campos and Barbara when they were both with Carolina. This is our first look (at home) at San Antonio. I think we are getting them at a good time. They suffered the loss at home on Sunday and now they play Wed. night in Edmonton. They have had an awful lot of things sort of go their way this season including the schedule which has seemed to favor them at times. Not saying intentionally, is just panned out like that.

Anyway, they have a midweek match with a long flight then fly here and will really only have one practice day in-between. It's a great time for the Stars to play well, get the win and shake things up at the top of the table.

Looking forward to this match.

Also you get to harass Jeff Cunningham. I expect we will see him at some point. He played about 35 minutes on Sunday. Perhaps you can remind him of the last time he was in Minnesota back in 2005 for the US Open Cup in which his Colorado Rapids team was trounced 4-1 by the Thunder.

If I had talent and the time, I would make a "Who's Pablo?" tifo--a spin off of Where's Waldo.

Edmonton tied the Scorpions last night after a 3 hour rain/lightning delay in the middle of the match. Soto was red carded (double yellow) so he will not be available on Saturday night and the team was forced to play down a man for about 25 minutes after the delay. So in theory we should have a tired team coming into play the Stars. I didn't see Cunningham on the roster so don't know if he didn't make the trip or just didn't make the trip to Canada.

So SA are now 0-1-1 after the last two matches. Can we force a mini skid to their season and have them leave the NSC Stadium on Saturday night, 0-2-1?
