Why do female refs not center mens matches in international matches?

There seems to be discrimination going on at the international level by not having female refs when the men play. The female ref during the US/Canada match did a really good job in my opinion.

Females refs do center occasionally, we've one several times in Richmond, she's been really good and really bad... kind of like a lot of the USL refs. Dayton also had one a few weeks ago.

fact remains, it's a rule and the AR advised her at the half to put the ball back into play...the fact that the call is never made doesn't mean that it's the wrong call. You don't like the rule, then get FIFA to change it. I'd be inclined to welcome what the basketball refs do, there should be a visible count for everyone to see.
