These seem like "Problems with Teenagers", not so much "Problems with the Beer Garden"... I was going to point out that the sun blazes on the Beer Garden at kick off time, but I'm not sure what is a more unrealistic request, fix the teenagers or fix the earth's orbit.
Tables would be great, anything to create stepped vantage points. God knows, it must be tough if you like to watch behind the goal but don't want some fat dude with a tail in your way.

That wall should have a huge "THIS IS RUSSIA" Banner.
I wasn't at the last game, so I can't speak to whatever improvements were made, but without the tiered area, the garden feels like a walkway where people happen to stop and heckle. Rebuilding some sort of tier area would be nice.
But there should be a banner. A really big banner. Can we do that Dark Clouds? Just hoist it before each game? For some perspective on megabanner ideas, they're very easily doable. The megabandera that covered the entire North stand of Toyota Park, got manufactured for something like $4k. I would love to do something like this, but the fundraising is going to be crazygonuts.

What about using the banner from the Metrodome?

They need to be more consistent the beer. Seriously, it does not take an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University to pour a beer and keep them coming.
They also need to recognize times when people are going to be thirsty. For example, you need to get a ton of beer going about 20 minutes before kick-off. About 10 minutes before half is another good time to start poring the beer.
Having a true beer only time is a must. Seriously, if your name is Spaulding and you do not know what you want to eat, go sit some place and then order. When I want a beer, I want it now. Please put a sign that says "BEER ONLY and we mean it!" When I was there they had beers lined up pouring non-stop, exactly what you said...?

I do not like it that they have started to hand senseless corporate advertising from the rails. I was think that this would be a great place to also hang tifo.
I hate it when capitalism and soccer clash!

I'll be honest, this last match I observed the beer garden the entire game and there were no lines the majority of the match. I personally stood in line at half time and it took me 2 minutes to get through it. 2 individuals were consistently pouring beer and placing it on a table behind them while the cashiers were taking orders, reaching back, and grabbing beers. There were 3 cash registers also for this match. I was quite pleased with how quickly things were moving compared to the DISASTER a few weeks ago.
We have also placed 4-3 tier bleachers in the beer garden to allow people to either sit, or stand to create a multi-level feel. And just today, a railing got installed on the north end so that there is a place for people standing to set their beers. Keep the suggestions coming!

I hate it when capitalism and soccer clash! Normally, I would hesitate to do this here, but... It's too perfect. Considering your political leanings, the above qualifies as the most unintentionally hilarious post in the history of this board. There are so many levels of irony contained in those three sentences that the post had to have been implanted into your subconcious by Leonardo DiCaprio. "Without question, you are the last person I would have ever expected to publically complain about the 'unfettered hand of the free market'" marvels That little old jersey collector Me "There's one thing City always lacked...and that's inconsistancy" - Boxer Ricky Hatton, commenting on ESPN about his beloved Manchester City.

BEER GARDEN UPDATE:
I was up watching training today and NSC has added beer cup rails to the railing. This is an improvement. I did not have any beer with me, so I did not get a chance to test it out.
This story is developing...
