As we continue to make improvements in the new beer garden area, we are wanting your feedback. Game one was not good, we know that. Was game 2 better? What else would you like to see, within reason?

I agree with lots of people that think it would be great to get that big Schwan's (or whatever it's called) center wall bombed on by some graffiti artists.

That wall should have a huge "THIS IS RUSSIA" Banner.

I wasn't at the last game, so I can't speak to whatever improvements were made, but without the tiered area, the garden feels like a walkway where people happen to stop and heckle. Rebuilding some sort of tier area would be nice.

But there should be a banner. A really big banner. Can we do that Dark Clouds? Just hoist it before each game?

You know... Ben posted that giant tifo from Portland over the weekend and Tim lamented the lack of an overhang that we could replicate something like that, but this would seem like the ideal place. We could get something up there and have it unfurled at kick-off? Not that this answers Djorn's question.

I thought the addition of the bleachers was a step in the right direction, but some standing tables (like I think they've got on the south end of Toyota Park, for example) would be pretty great either at the corner or anywhere else the asphalt is level enough that they won't fall on a kid's head.

I thought the bleacher, where a nice addition this week. My gal was the one who went to get beers and burgers, so I don't know how the lines where. I noticed they were ahead of the game this week getting beers poured ahead of time.

Standing tables would be cool. I'd have to keep the little guy away from them. That said I think it was a better showing than week one. Good job to all you guys Djorn.

I heard someone missed most of the first half waiting on a burger, but the beer lines were better. I don't personally know, however. Until I hear better things about the lines, I'll continue to buy brats from the little red trailer instead, and not buy beer during the game.

A row of standing tables along the fence near the goal would be a nice addition.

I dropped into the beer garden in first half extra time when they had just thrown on a full grill of burgers. I waited with Hoppy for about 5-8 minutes for the burger and thought it was a reasonable time.

I'd guess there was a massive demand at the start and they couldn't keep up.

They need to be more consistent the beer. Seriously, it does not take an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University to pour a beer and keep them coming.

They also need to recognize times when people are going to be thirsty. For example, you need to get a ton of beer going about 20 minutes before kick-off. About 10 minutes before half is another good time to start poring the beer.

Having a true beer only time is a must. Seriously, if your name is Spaulding and you do not know what you want to eat, go sit some place and then order. When I want a beer, I want it now. Please put a sign that says "BEER ONLY and we mean it!"

My idea for a giant banner. Gary the Cat. He's not impressed with what he sees.
