The Battery looks to continue there winning ways as the City Islanders come to Blackbaud on Saturday night.

Battery added young Jamaican international forward Dino Williams to the Roster this week to add to the scoring threat. I imagine we will see him get a few minutes.

Nicki Paterson will look to increase his goal count against his former team while Jose Cuevas will look to add to his tally as well.

Harrisburg is playing Orlando tonight and the heat isn't going to help with the quick turnaround for their matches. they will be playing on the turf down there which is tougher on the body than grass and then travleing six hours (minimum) to Charleston take on the Battery Saturday night.

Weather here is hot and humid. Looks like summer has arrived!

We will be tailgating at the usual spot by the East Stand Entrance, Frogmore Stew is on the menu, so come by for some yummy goodness.

Also you can get in for free with a donation of a new toy at the gate! not a bad deal.

It's likely that I'll skip this one and stay local for the Cobras game. If anyone ever wants to come up to watch the women's team, I'm glad to host!

Blackbaud is having their annual game night and they have a waiting list for tickets. Their party is so big, they are having it on the back practice field, so the parking lot will be full earlier, than usual.
