I was up watching training today. It was a shorter session than normal as I think it is safe to say the players are tired. Most of the guys who have not seen minutes on the pitch stayed late. Mitch Hildebrandt also trained fairly aggressively and I was very impressed with the progress he is making on his technique.

I did not talk to any of the players. However, I think the mood of the team was focused. They are upset they got knocked out of the USOC, but I think they gained confidence in their ability as individuals and a team. Compared to last year's team, this group of guys are on a mission to #DefendTheCup.
