Stars playing the Scorpions in San Antonio tonight.

Game starts at 7:30. I'll be at the Sweety around game start.

See all y'all there.

I'm mildly upset San Antonio is unveiling and wearing their 3rd kit tonight which is primarily grey, which means we won't be able to wear our away kits.

The away team gets to pick their colors first and the home team then has to switch if there is a problem. Maybe the Stars agreed to the switch.

It is one thing to have football lines on a soccer pitch. It is anoter thing to have half-assed camerawork and a home town referee. The Stars should have got three points. We out played them for a majority of the match. Campos was ineffective and a baby any time he got touched. We really missed having Amani Walker and not being able to get those high balls into the Hot Box.

Oh well, Stars share first place with the Islanders. See you in San Jose.

Missed the game due to ankle-biter soccer tournament. Glad to see we're still undefeated. What's the prognosis on Walker?

I enjoy waiting for the usual complaints about the referee from Soccer Boy, it is like waiting for the sunrise. smile

How awesome is it that we can completely mail it in with just two of our regular starters and still get a result against the third best team in the league?

...Matt Van Oekel is a beast and without him in net who knows what the result would have been.

No doubt VanOekel should be NASL defensive player of the week.
