Unfortunately it was kind of a weird set up, where almost all the fans were on one side - including us - but the team benches were on the other side. So we didn't really get a chance to bark at Laurie.
I'd guess the Red Army had 15 maybe? But they were organized and pretty loud, so props to them for that. They were also very friendly at the pre and post match tailgates in the church parking lot.
I forgot to mention, a ten year old girl from the Red Army made a point of mentioning to me after the game that teal is not Matt Van Oekel's best color. So there's that.

On any given night, any team can be had. I'm excited for the game.

RSL vs FC Dallas RSL won, but check out how shifty the RSL goalie is. Me thinks that he may be the weak link. Two super soft goals...

Never seen a goalkeeper try to catch a ball with one elbow until last night.
It's called "shoot on sight," boys. Weapons free.

I bet Robert Greene could have stopped that one. I am assuming Beckerman and Rimando are going to stay with the USMNT and not be in the match Tuesday night. BTW, I do think Jonny Steele made a difference off the bench.

Love the pics of Andy and Rich "behind bars."

Love the pics of Andy and Rich "behind bars."
They're actually at the top of the "drunk ditch."
