i do have to say tho, one could associate 5 of the first 6 color options on the Ultimo to an MLS team

one has to consider Admiral is playing on the fact that kids teams and some adults like to play in the same colors as their professionals and look for an inexpensive alternative. i feel like when Admiral's website premiered the Stars jersey for last season they weren't anything like what a random person could get online.

i dont want to sound like a debbie downer here. i like the Ultimo best of the 3. but considering the new scarves alone incorporate much more of the light blue that i had imagined they would, i would think it's safe to say the new jerseys are going to be specially made for the team and i can't f**king wait to see them

Agreed. I have no knowledge of that but that would be my guess as well. Admiral got a fair amount of milage out of sponsoring the NASL Championship team last year with a "custom" kit. I can't imagine they would change things this year.

As well, most of the NASL teams this season have custom jerseys. This was never the case with the old D2 teams in the previous league. Montreal and a team or two might have a custom kit. But just about everyone has one this year.

I featured the Strikers kit last week. I plan on trying to feature each kit as its release this year. The Silverbacks had their unveil tonight. Hopefully we will see some stuff on that tomorrow. I think Thursday night the RailHawks are doing there's if I remember correctly and Edmonton is unveiling theirs and also announcing their home venue all on Thursday afternoon.

I really can't see a new kit that doesn't in some way feature all 3 colors from the new badge. Some amount of light blue is likely in my opinion.

Yeah, since the Stars had a custom uniform from Admiral last season I have just assumed from day 1 that they would have a custom uniform again this year. Otherwise why stay with Admiral, right?
