At least going to Duluth, my daughter's team is paying $40 a person. That includes everything (gas, driver, etc.)

Time off approved at work.

When do we find out where we're going?

Not yet. I was going to call them this afternoon and see what their deal is.

Here is the info I received:

Based upon the information you supplied the cost of a 19-passenger
mini-coach for a day trip to Milwaukee, WI would be $2300.00. A 19-passenger mini-coach for a day trip to Des Moines, IA would be $1513.00.
*************

That works out to be $121 per person to Milwaukee and $80 per person to Des Moines. Might seem like a lot, but it cuts out paying for gas and wear/tear on your car. You can also drink and let someone else worry about staying between the lines-legally, which is priceless in my book.

So does anyone know if the Menace v Bavarian game will be online at all, or do we know what twitter handles to watch tomorrow night? I know the chances are slim but it'd be nice to see the winning team in action before they come at our guys. BQ, you going to go scout the potential team we're going to play?

Hello.

Joan and I will be attending the Milwaukee v Des Moines match. I will lay down a few tweets at @uhclem33 and even post a short summary in the forum here. If you want official tweets, look to @BavarianSoccer and @MenaceSoccer.

Some preliminary info on the teams involved:

Weather for the game might be a bit iffy. Forcast calls for a 40% chance of scattered thundershowers with gametime temps expected to range from the low 70s at kickoff to the lower 60s by match's end and winds out of the West at 10 to 15 MPH.

The match starts at 7:00PM
