Great first half by the guys tonight. Orlando probably had the better second half. Fair result I think even though we should have put one or two in the next the first 45. With that said Orlando is a bunch of hacks. Great talent, especially at the GK position, but they are the biggest diving and whining hacks to play in the USL since John Ball.

They are practicing for the MLS.

I thought the guys did OK overall (last 4 games) considering the schedule.

Most, if any, of the guys we play next have not seen Charleston AND the Diving Lions, much less twice. 4 points against them is decent and makes up for our piss poor pre-season.
If we had played DC United, or Crew scrubs, or someone else that stretched us out, we might have been better prepared overall.
It seems to me we just completed our pre-season scrimmages to get in shape.
High hopes for the balance of the season.

How did Christopher Agorsor do? Why only 32 minutes?
I missed the start of the game, was watching DC United and forgot about the Kickers .

They said he got a knock. Hopefully it isn't serious. He has a history of injuries.

Big ups for mentioning Ball. I saw him about a month ago, playing with the Syracuse Silver Knights after they coaxed him out of retirement.

That guy was one of the most interesting players to ever play in the US second division. Tough player, great villian.

I couldn't believe that he actually remembered me (I'm not as good looking as Big Dave).

I used a John Ball reference just last week in a post....he lives!!

He was both ends of the spectrum, great and horrible.......sometimes in the same match. I remember him getting a red card 1 time and at the next game, he was sitting in the $1 beer tent hammering them down. Of course, I had to join him and we watched about 1/2 the match together throwing $1 bills at the beer fräuleins. Good (wacky) times.
