I'm hearing the game against Chicago will not just be reserves this time. It will most likely be first team against first team for 60 minutes and 2nd team against 2nd team for another 60. I won't be going but will be jealous of anyone who is. You should have a pretty good first look at some some new players who have a good chance of making the team and get to see the Fire up close and personal.

I was going to check AirTran when I get home tomorrow. I think they only fly into Midway. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe Midway is only a few miles from where the Fire play. You could do a quick down and back, one night in a hotel and rent a car for a good price, I think?

Its good timing for the Stars because Chicago does not have a game on MLS opening weekend, dont know how that could happen but... good for us.
