Here's what I've figured out so far. Let me know if there are any changes; I'm assuming this isn't completely right.

Andrei Gotsmanov option retained, yet to report to camp (3/16) Jeff Cosgriff option retained, yet to report to camp (3/16)
"Officially off roster" Jack Stewart traded to Ft Lauderdale Joe Warren retired Brian Cvilikas option retained, retired Ely Allen option retained, released
Chris Clements option not retained John Gilkerson option not retained Sandy Gbandi option not retained Geison Moura option not retained Tino Nunez option not retained
Ryan Woods “left the Stars camp before the final championship playoff series and flew back to England” Anthony Hamilton contract not renewed Luke Mulholland signed with FC Tampa Bay
I'll leave the trialists to uhclem

Pretty close.
I can report from an unimpeachable source that Jeff Cosgriff has retired from professional soccer and has taken a position with a computer firm on the West Coast.
Loved the team, loved the fans, had a great time. But he took an internship with a company who offered him a permanent position with good money and great opportunities for the future. And he got a bit homesick.
He thanks everyone for their support and will always be a Blue.
Rumors about Gotsmanov, too, from a normally very reliable source. Unfortunately, I can't independantly verify so I'm not at liberty to repeat.

While there are some new players missing and quite a few former players still on it, I still find it interesting that trialist Shawn Chin should be listed with a number, 15. And if you click his name, you'll find that they have switched his team listing from FC Edmonton to Minnesota Stars FC on his individual listing.

The interesting line is the last one (caps mine), "At Minnesota, Hildebrandt will be one of THREE goalkeepers competing for the starting job, which recently opened up following the retirement of long-time net-minder Joe Warren."
"This shapes up to be the biggest battle for the starting keeper job since Papa Joe and Jon Lowery in 2002," thinks

It's a college article so I wouldn't put too much stock in the 3 goalkeepers. Not saying they might not sign someone eventually but I'm thinking we could end up with a loan keeper from an MLS team this season. Not saying I know this by any means. But it's sort of an educated hunch I have.
It's pretty public that the Stars will announce today three sort-of-kind-of veteran signings. Chin is one of them. He missed the Edmonton scrimmage on Monday to go home and pack his stuff and head to MN.
The other two are Chris Cortez formerly of Chivas USA: never saw much play time and was released in February.
The other is a Minnesotan who actually did get some MLS experience but failed to make a mark, Fuard Ibrahim. Originally signed by FC Dallas as the youngest signing ever by an MLS team (17 I think) who then went to Toronto FC where he lingered. He's only 20 or 21 so this could be a really good/safe spot for him to rebuild his career.

My guess is there will be a goalkeeper announced today. The Stars site says, "The team will also announce three more additions on Wednesday."

OK,well, I just listed 3. Chin, Cortez and Ibrahim. Actually I'm not sure Cortez is the one they will announce. Might still be looking at him.
Has Connor Tobin been announced yet? I think they may sign him as well. He made 17 appearances for the Rhinos last season. We definitely need some depth defensively.
I guess we will just have to wait for the press release today.
