Just so we are clear, we are talking about using this guy for free press. We are not talking about electing him to the DC board or making him our new BFF. Dick or not, heard of him or not, the Current sucks or not, if we have the connections and people willing to do 100% of the work to get him to talk about the Stars on the air for free or a cheapo press kit, there really is no downside.

Back on topic: we are now well into the off season, and the time to really get things done in preparation for the Home Opener.

Press Kit: great idea, and inclusion of BNM DVD's, scarves, tickets, fantastic.

DC Organization: we should be in full on mode, the more we do now, the better off we'll be when March rolls around and thoughts turn toward summers beautiful game.

I have begun an outline of many of the things that 'we', the supporters, have on our agenda for a season. I will share this in short order under another topic.

We need to cultivate each of our own specialties for the organization. For example, Pfutz, appears to have skills set for Press Kits (and an artist/cartoonists hand for satirical tifo).

Giving people a place to expend their energy and enthusiasm will benefit us all.

I will continue to develop the outline for our endeavors, so that anyone may see tasks, and volunteer.

Enjoy the winter solstice, and what ever seasonal holidays you may celebrate. Today the days begin to get longer, and we're on the upside toward the 2012 season as defending NASL Champions. In no time at all, we'll be celebrating together at the HHH Metrodome.

No offense, but lists are easy. Actual work is what is needed.
