Yeah, I've kind of given up on the NSC==>Nessie explanation. Now when asked, I simply reply "jackassery".

We'll have to ask Dave to be sure, but I'm pretty sure in Scottish it's Nessie. I know I accidentally use Nessy from time to time. Really though, people don't know how you're spelling it while you're screaming it and that's the only time it really matters.

As far as I have ever seen you don't put stars on the team badge for championships.

You put the stars on the shirt placed right above the badge.

we just won a championship, and media reported it. people think the team is still the thunder, so there's no way its getting changed.

I think the whole Nessie thing is even better with there being no real reason for it. But then again, I still think singing about hating Milwaukee is awesome as well, but there are those who disagree due to the fact there hasn't been a team in Milwaukee in 7 years. 7 years? Jeebus I'm old.
