Does anyone want to try to get some of us jackasses together to play soccer for a local league? I think it'd do well to get the word out, be fun and I know I could benefit from some sustained movement.

There's plenty of options, I know Wes and I have been talking about a Futsal team for the new courts being built in MPLS.

Who's interested?

I still think we should have a team named "Athletic Club Dark Clouds", or ACDC.

Certainly the more the merrier, but I know a number of people are already playing with the Indomitable Drinky Crows. But it would be fun to have an official Dark Clouds team that some of the players and coaches that winter in the Cities could come heckle.

Would we be required to make air quotes every time we said "Athletic".

It would match the requirement for "indomitable".

No need for quotes there, kj, most of them don't know what 'indomitable' means.

'Indomitable' has something to do with beer.

I'm in for some Futsal.

I would play depending on what day of the week and how much it costs. Right now I am not doing much. I guess that really depends on how long my mid-life crisis lasts...
