Having a US Open Cup during the USL playoffs seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Its not hard to see the US Open Cup distracting our team. The US Open Cup game falls right between the Semis and Finals. Needless to say the chance to play in the Finals of the US Open Cup and and go onto the Concacaf Champions League is a little distracting during the playoffs.

right now for the next 10 days whats the open cup ? it doesn't exist.

Just the fact that you are both competitions is a really great sign for your team. Believe me, many D-3, D-2 and MLS teams would love to have a good problem like playing in the playoffs and USOC semi's.

Thanks man. I look for a much different game against Wilmington this go round. Hard to beat any team 3 times in one season. Hopefully the guys come out on fire and play the full 90 like the last gave versus the Heads. Would love to get another home game against Charleston.

Unless that team is Dayton.

Well only 1 thing in the USL is assured. Unless Charleston is in the final against Rochester or Harrisburg, the Final will be down south somewhere.

Charlotte, who didn't even make the playoffs in our division, would have finished in 3rd in the North or National or whatever it is. Even Antigua, dead last in our division, would have made the playoffs in the other division. THIS season, I would have liked single table, but with the unbalanced schedule, they couldn't really do that.
