With Dayton and Pittsburgh and Rochester all within 5 1/2 hours by bus, and with what happened to Cleveland City Stars they would be crazy if they decide to play D2.

Oh. We got an oversupply of crazy. We got enough crazy for overstock.dom

We got such a big volume of crazy that we can afford to lower the price and pass on the "savings" to all of our potential customers.

We got more carzy than Crazy Eddie back in the 80's

I think we all are a bit crazy to follow lower division soccer in the US.

but we love it. Just wondering how man fans in MLS or the top level leagues in Europe have actual players on the friends list on Facebook? I don't mean their fan pages, I mean are actually "friends" with the players? There's a closeness with the players in the lower leagues that you don't get the higher up the leagues are.. and I like that a lot. And I'm actully "friends" and alot of my friends are also with a former opponent if the Kickers... Definitely don't see that too often.

serious question here. From what I've been reading elsewhere this team is actually expected to play in the npsl? I didn't think they were a pro league. Or is that rumor wrong?

My understanding is that the league is not a pro league. They are more like PDL. Some of the guys might get paid but I don't think so because they are also officially afiliated with the USASA (wish is exclusively amatuer).

If I bothced this then someone better informed please shed some light on this.

Thanks!

The NPSL is kind of like the NASL of the PDL.. about the same level of PDL, but not quite as well organized, although the NPSL is much cheaper with the fees then PDL is.. but you don't get what you don't pay for.

from what I understand from league officials who have posted on the NPSL BigSoccer website the NPSL is allowing teams to go pro if they want to

Now that I know that they are NPSL they will dropping off my radar.
No disrespet to the NPSL--I don't follow the PDL, either--I have to drawn a line somewhere or I'd be following way too many teams.
