pretty sure they rent out the stadium to youth leagues and from what I have been told, actually make money from the stadium vs a d2 team.

still seems like a waste of money, but whatever floats Boris' boat i guess. Stil seems more then stupid to build a stadium, then play in 1 season and *poof*
