I am just curious what the travel costs are typically for a team to go play in Edmonton. Noting airfare of about $1,100 from MSP (my homebase)/Edmonton roundtrip, taking 15 players (some teams will take more) up there would be close to $16,500-$19,800. You then throw in all the other stuff you need-ground transportation, meals, lodging and other incidnetials, you are looking at what--$25,000-$30,000 for just one match? Is this really viable?
