What happened to Jon Hall ?

Yeah, not happy at all at the last minute venue change but nothing with PDL surprises me anymore, especially after a year in the same division as all those Jersey teams. Nothing against the condition of Hellwig but I wish more PDL facilities were more fan and media-friendly so maybe we could grow more social interest in the league.

As for Jon Hall, I think it for family reasons that he didn't return but I don't know for certain. He and his wife just had their third child not too long ago. Leroi Wilson, former assistant to Shawn McDonald back in the Mariner days, is completing his first season as head coach of the Piranhas. They had a rough start (0-4-2) but have recovered ok since then.

Webcast wasn't a possibility at either venue, the Mason field was not the main stadium field. It was their secondary, turf field and had less amenitities (specifically, power) than Hellwig.
