Was I correct in hearing that our own Brucio will be appearing as a World Cup correspondent for AM 1500 radio in the Twin Cities, in the 12-2 PM time slot with Patrick Reusse and Phil Mackey?

This is great news, as Big Chief Du Nord might be uniquely qualified to connect in some small way with lifelong soccer basher Reusse, a recovering alcoholic from the SW Minnesota hamlet of Fulda.

I had a good laugh this afternoon when I was listening to Reusse try and talk about soccer. For the most part, he did a good job identifying the nationality of the various teams, however, he did struggle with the pronunciations. I was excited to hear him mention that he needed to call Bruce at DuNord and have him come on the air and explain the Champions League, etc.
