If I'm not mistaken, Tampa Bay should be under NASL, not USL
(I know when the divisions were first announced that it was said they would be in USL, but their website and everything else I've read has said that they are in the NASL)

I saw that EP but my question is, why, when you go to their website does it show NASL instead of USL1? And even if you go to the NASL site it says: The Tampa Bay Rowdies return in 2010 as members of the newly resurrected NASL. So because of the agreement are they being forced to play in the USL Conference but they still consider themselves a NASL team? (I also find it interesting that even though the USL does have them listed, there is no hyper-link to their site

Because the NASL and USL divisions are just there as names this season to make sure both future leagues have their branding there. Next season, when both leagues try to go their separate ways once more, Austin and Puerto Rico (Portland too, but they'll be in MLS) are the only teams that will be associating with the USL. The rest, including Tampa Bay will be going with NASL.

The NASL exists in name only at the moment.
