I am sorry that it didn't work out for Mathew with Red Bulls. That team was a disaster last year.

I hope that he gets another shot at a higher level.

We love him here in Baltimore. Very good player and great guy.

I can recall someone here, perhaps you, indicating that he was a good guy. I was hoping that NSC would make an attempt to sign him as he has that extra gear that not many players at this level have.

The Osorio/Agoos Show last year was a total farce and there was no way New York was going to pick up Mbuta's option when they are clearing cap space for a second DP and John Agudelo.

At least it works out nicely for your team. He has the potential to be a top D2 player.

Mbuta showed a lot when he got his chances, which wasn't often. The Red Bull fans on Big Soccer all wanted to see a lot more of him.

That team last year was just bizarre. Probably the "best" terrible team I've ever seen.

I got to speak with Matthew after the preseason game against the University of Maryland on Saturday morning.

He stated that he is very happy to be back. He seems more like his old self now that he is away from the dysfunctionality of Enery Drink FC...
