I have it from insider info that had the cross Atlantic flight embargo persisted another day or two Nessie herself would have been dispatched to London for the scarves.

I believe that the NSC was being punished by God with that volcano holding up the scarf shipment. I don't think he wants the NSC to be involved with saving pro soccer in MN because they are a government agency.
