I'm no Chelsea fan, but it was nice to be with Demko, Bruce, PC and Bartender Bjorn this morning. Sadly, the toast buffet might have been better than the game itself.

Yes, not much of a match. But a fine time. Nice TVs, $3 bloody marys, a bartender who's a big soccer fan and, of course, the free toast buffet. I opted for the pesto/roasted red pepper combo on my toast. I encourage others to give it a try.
I won Nomad World Pub customer/alcoholic of the day by returning to watch the super bowl there five hours later.

I really wanted to join the fun, but was sadly unable to do so. I would have just gotten angry about the outcome though, so it's probably for the best. But let me know if/when you guys head over there again and I'll try and make it.
The Super Bowl was a much more rewarding viewing experience.

If I would have showed up and been in the same form as last year, I think I would have givin you a run for that title Paul! It was much safer to be home last Sunday. Nice goal off of some crap defense.
