How do these drafts affect the player try-outs Maj ? I would imagine it would be problematic to hope to have a player for the season but know there is a good chance they would be going in the draft.

In response to the Doc, it really is immaterial about the effects of our recruitment efforts or trials. Having a player move from collegiate/W-league into the pro ranks is exactly the purpose of the W-League from a players perspective (and my own), additional opportunities to enable a player to train and prepare for the next level.
Yes, we were planning and looking forward to having Mary back, but that is overshadowed by the excitement of her successes.
