http://www.riverhounds.com/home/358870.htmlJustin Evans, the Pittsburgh Riverhounds stellar midfielder, has been named to the United Soccer Leagues Second Division 2009 All-League Team. It is the second consecutive season that Evans, a native of Venetia and a graduate of Peters Township High School has been so recognized. Not only did Evans enjoy another great year on the pitch, he also helped Gene Klein coach the side in his first season as an assistant. Justin was the first player ever signed during the Hounds’ inaugural year (1999). This season, he was joined by Tenywa "T-Bone" Bonseu as the only original Riverhounds on the current roster.

Saw Luke Vercollone at the Madra Rua last night. he was there watching the US match.
Luke had a good year with Richmond, the eventual USLD2 champions.

was never really a Battery player, other than preseason, but that's how they have him listed:
Lawrence Smith started up top for VPS and went the full 90 minutes as the team from Vaasa wrapped up the season with a boring tie against their visitors from Åland on Saturday afternoon.
The teams were level throughout the game, both finishing with four shots on goal, though the home team had a slight edge in corners: 7 to 5.
The hosts had a late chance to win it but Jyrki Saranpaa shot wide in the 90th minute, missing a chance to score against the team his father coaches.
Smith, the former Charleston Battery striker, finished the season with three goals and one assist in 22 contests.
