Just a question/suggestion..have they ever thought of taking the champions of the First and Second Division and having them play in a one-game, winner-take-all USL Championship game?
Maybe more of like an exhibition game(like the Triple-A National Championship game in Minor League baseball).
I just thought it would be fairly interesting..and I'd go if it were here in Richmond.

only problem with that is that the seasons end at least several weeks apart. I know in the case of Richmond quite a few of the players will be leaving town this week. Even if you could get them back for a game you would still have the problem of training, etc

Your right, it would be fun. Even if its as lame as the Triple-A Championship Game in baseball(formerly known as the Bricktown Showdown)..it would be cool to get the two champions together for the "USL Championship." Instead of just saying Richmond is the USL SECOND Division Champion, they would have a chance to be the best in the whole USL.
