Quick question:

Do you like the USL Discussions Chatter box to the right, or does the 'Active Topics' selection serve you just fine ?

I'm looking at removing that to unclutter a little bit, but wanted to know what folks thought of it so far.

I think it would be fine if you took away the "chatter" column to save space.

Under the "Active Topics", however, I think it would be more helpful to see the latest reponses listed such as;

- within the last 24 hours
- within last 3 days
- within the last week

it makes more sense to me for finding active discussions. Thanks

I like that you can see it while viewing other threads, instead of having to go back to the main page to see and/or hop to new replies to topics.

i think you could probably get rid of the calendar thingy, but I haven't really explored that, but I like the chatter box and by the way.. whats a "spider"?

The name given to sites that index other sites. It is crawling our site to index the site.

If you click the "Who's Online" link at the top of the same named box, you will bring up a page with details on all the users online.

I like the chatter box but guess it would be annoying if I was trying to read on my CrackBerry. But it's nice when I am reading on a computer so I can see what is new.
