On January 7th the Carolina RailHawks announced that they will be hosting the New England Revolution (2008 SuperLiga Champions) in what is being dubbed as the first annual 'Community Shield Match' at WakeMed Soccer Park on Saturday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m.
I personally love it. Anytime a MLS side can come to town to play the RailHawks, it's a good thing. It should bring in a nice size gate, and will hopefully draw more fans to the club.
