The "top four" you mentioned above already included Charlotte by way of their championship. So really it's the top three of the rest of the league enter in round two, and four and five enter in round one. You already had the second round entry clicnhed before this weekend's games. Western Mass was the only one behind you who could equal your %, but you had beaten them so you had the tie-breaker if it came to that. Neither Pittsburgh nor Wilmington could have caught up to you.
So you're bracketed in round two with Charlotte, Richmond, New Hampshire, Miami, Charleston, Virginia Beach, and Minnesota. You will play against a winner from round one. You'll have to wait for the winners to see potential matches.
First round entries at this point include Pittsburgh, Wilmington, Carolina Dynamo (PDL), Ogden Outlaws (PDL), BYU Cougars (PDL). The rest of the sixteeen in round one are six USASA teams which I'll have to research, three more PDL teams which we'll know by the end of today, and two winners of qualifying round games consisting of two PDL teams (one each from the Central and Eastern Conference) and two USASA teams probably cross-matched.
If you win your round two game one of these teams awaits: Atlanta, Portland, Seattle, Rochester, Kansas City, New York, Salt Lake, or Chivas.

USASA in broken down into four regions (I-IV) Basically they're geographical. I=East, II=Central/midwest, III=South. IV=West.
The six USASA first round teams are: two teams each from III and IV, and one each from I and II. The second place teams in I and II are put into the qualifying rounds against the second place Central and Eastern PDL teams
I-III are having finals this weekend through the 30th. The IV qualifiers are Sonoma County Sol and Arizona Sahuaros.
So region II would bring or PDL Central would provide the likely matchups for Cincinnati.
Update: The region II finals are set Winner gets round 1, loser q-round. They are Lightning from Illinois and Croatian Eagles from Wisconsin. Central PDL is up in the air among these teams Michigan Bucks, Des Moines Menace, Kansas City Brass, and Indiana Invaders. Just looking at potential matches for you.

oops. Missed Boulder Rapids Reserve in PDL Central. But you're not likely to draw them anyway. It down to a comination of two of the three, BRR, Michigan, and Indiana. KCBrass and Des Moines are eliminated.
Indiana plays Michigan tomorrow, and must win by two goals or more. Michigan needs only to avoid losing by three or more to get in.

found this at ussoccer.com. couldn't find it at usopencup.com for some reason. http://www.ussoccer.com/articles/viewArticle.jsp_281039.html so, we get a home game if Pittsburgh wins and an away game if Michigan wins. would anyone travel to Michigan if the game was there?

Trust me, Michigan is a very tough opponent. Unbeaten thus far, in regulation play. I've never seen them play, but they are at the top of their Division.

Mixed feelings, be nice to get one at home but Michigan may be easier opponent. Either will be fine, I'm looking at if we win maybe getting the Columbus Crew. Yeah, I would think that if you got Michigan, it would be because they beat Pittsburgh, so they probably won't be the easier of the two. If that makes sense? (LOL, it did when it was in my head )
