It is true, they had a really big crowd and they did not charge admission. All Kings games are free this year.
Hopefully they can keep up the good numbers.

that's a great turnout for a pdl game...i'm sure being free helped a lot and they have a huge youth organization to market to.
and is that a riverhawks logo? can't believe you actually put that up there lol

They did have a lot of Kings Soccer Academy youth players there so hopefully that continues.
I kinda actually liked the riverhawks...Must be a little crazy!

ok big crowds are good but I dont see how the FREE part helps the team financially (except for concessions maybe)

They have so many youth teams and they also own the whole facility. (has lots of excercise rooms, pool, indoor soccer, etc...) that they may be trying to generate interest so that people will keep coming when they have an admission price next year.
