Yes, you do but Mary Anne was incredibly sexy. You just know that beneath that wholesome, chica buena exterior that there was an insatiable sexy kitten just waiting to meowwwww.

But I digress. :p

Oh yeah, in my excitement, I forgot something.
Speaking about hotties...
Thanks a lot Suz for breaking the news here. I didn't check the Batallon or Islanders website last night because honestly--I just wasn't anticipating this.

this is cool to read
congrats to the Islanders on landing a coach with some experience and I'm glad to see Clarke get another coaching job. Hopefully though you guys will need at least a week to get everything in order and won't be hitting your stride until after this weekend. wink

Seriously speaking, Rojas had been in Puerto Rico for several years before he became Maradona's assistant and eventually ended up taking over the team after Alvial left for Chelsea. He had been a coach for the Puerto Rico National Program.

I had the chance to meet Coach Rojas (assistant coach back then) two years ago as I was on the same flight as the Islanders were when I was returning from my trip to Spain (via Miami) as the team were returning from a game against Richmond. Rojas seated next to me on the plane, and we talked... the guy seemed serious, but at the same time down to Earth. The bright side is that he helped the Islanders to advance to the playoffs last year, and also under his tennure as coach we participated on the Caribbean Stage of the Champions Cup, and not to forget the preseason games. That things didn't work out for him this season, what I can say... c'est la vie!!! We all hope that Coach Clarke can do a good job with the Islanders, and seems that we found the right person on the right time!!!

I hope he is a hard *** and teaches the islanders about teamwork, hard work, discipline and the will to win.

Agreed. I am very, very optomistic.

I really am. This a new chapter. Guys that don't like the new status quo can go. Guys that aren't giving it their all, for whatever reason can go.
Guys with bad attitudes can go. Any locker room, personality conflicts need to be checked. More discipline.

There is a new sheriff in town and his name is Colin Clarke. smile

I, like you and a lot of other people paid for an "All Event Pass", so I expect to get ALL EVENTS.

I'll call over to USL Live customer service later. Must be a typo. Better be a typo.
