In the brief time he has been Director of Soccer Operations, he has been
the creative force in transforming the club from bottom dweller to competitive. It has been his numerous international and US player contacts that have been utilizeed to revamp the squad and provide the club with the oportunity to play international scrimmages and train in his native Chile. The Islanders ownership group has given him complete helm of player personnel and coaching decisions. With his consolidated powers he has now become the most important figure in the Islanders on the fiel performance.
