I'm actually surprised we played a game at all.....due to the Fifa U-20 World Cup, we're on a reeeeeeallllllly long road trip at the moment and I might have thought a few days extra rest would be good; not sure how hard we played on the night all things considered, but we're not too shabby a team, so all credit to H-burg for showing up really well on the night...hope it was a fun night for you guys there (storm notwithstanding)..maybe sometime you'll send the team up to our neck of the woods for a little friendly...it's a great spot up here.

I think both teams could have used rest. HArrisburg played the night before in Open Cup play in Ocean City but... they scheduled the match a long time ago and the two coaches are friends. It gave them both a chance to play guys that probably weren't that tired cause they haden't been getting tons of playing time.

It was very cool to have you guys here. As a USL-2 fan it was nice seeing an elite USL-1 team visit our field. Score matters but I think because each team had so many ties (coaches a few players from Vancouver used to be from around here, now we have Marty Johnston) it was a true "friendly" match.

My 3 year old son started playing with another little boy. They were having fun and I talked to the boys mom a bit. Turns out the boy is the son of your goalie Richard Goodard. She was very nice and we talked a lot. PLus, FYI, the players on Vancouver were very nice. Coming on and off the field they were great with the fans and many of them stopped and gave my son high fives. I would love to come up to your area. I have been told it is great and also told that it is a very big soccer area.
