well another tough road game for the islanders. Long island are riding high right now but i think if the islanders play to their capabilities they should steal this one. Any thoughts anyone?

Long Island looks tough. I see them taking this one although I'd prefer the City Islanders grtabbing a few wins.

I like Harrisburg, but I have to root for the host Rough Riders. I feel they have a stronger team, if records are any indication, and they started off strong. I think they have the momentum. jmo

it will be a tough game, LI look to be strong this year. If the islanders play well though, they will win this one, they have their confidence back up now with 2 consecutive wins.......3-1 islanders!

The work rate of the islanders midfield should win this one for them with pottegier, oduor and sleek sumed winning the battle in midfield against chulis, tobon, and slow but experienced wilmer

Well, Matt Chulis being a former hounds gives me more reason to root for Long Island. I know that the City Islanders have a former hound also, in Potteiger. But I still like the Rough Riders.

a convincing win for the islanders, 4-1. Thats 3 wins in a row now. harrisburg are playing some really good soccer, and when they are playing well i don't think there is a better team in the league. They were without midfielders potteiger and odour (he left the game early after a head injury)against long island, but still managed to control the midfield.

taken from the rough riders website.....

"On this performance Harrisburg are the best side the Rough Riders have encountered, the Islanders 3-3 record and 0-5 loss to the Charlotte Eagles belie their true ability and talent."

well said!

Well, the way you played on Long Island, I'm sure you will have many more sell-outs.
