Ok so I have a drum and a cow bell that we can use. But the more the better. I'm looking at flags right now at http://flagandbanner.com if you guys know of another place let everyone know. Are colors are green and yellow right?

Green and Orange.

The orange is kind of a yellowish orange, but it is orange.

You know I was thinking it may be cheaper to sew our own flag...plus I'm having a hard time finding where you would order a flag. But if its going to be just say a green and orange flag that is maybe a few horizontal stripes, or checkered or whatever it may be easier to sew it all together.

Just my two cents.

One thing that i have noticed while watching alot of MLS games is the use of streamers or toilet paper. It looks pretty cool.

Go find a dollar store and you can get streamers very cheap, and throw them out at the end of the anthem and it's very spectacular.

Ya i think chipping in will work. A large homemade banner should be good enough for now until our group gets more serious. Someone has to be good at making homemade stuff like that.

Ya I think we could chip in for it...again until this gets really big and really gets going we won't have like dues that will be able to pay for stuff.

I think the homemade banner should be good, I can rig something up...maybe during the friendly against Windsor we can draw up some ideas on what we want it to look like.

I dunno how big it is, I've never been to the USA yet. I'm sure they serve beer...unfortunately I'm a year away from legal consumption frown

No I don't think so we have a decent range of ages, some are a bit older like 30s-40s and than as young as high school kids. I'm hoping that at least half of the people that joined the facebook group will make it out, that would help a lot.

Unfortunately USA has yet to get its Liquor License so the Bucks Bar hasn't opened and while I'm not sure if the restaurant will serve alcohol in the future, it obviously can't at the moment.

The restaurant is certainly big enough for you guys to meet in though.

Ok, for the friendly on the 9th we have to figure out what color we want everyone to wear. And if we are going to have a table to recruit people.

I like orange too cause it sticks out alot. We can man the table before, after and at halftime of the game. We could man it during the game but it depends on how many people show up.

Ok guys let me know what your thinking for the flag...I just quickly drew up the design in my head, its simple but every supporters group has a flag that looks like this. I checked out pricing its like 2 bucks for a yard of cloth so it wont be an expensive flag I just need to know how big everyone thinks it should be, like obnoxious or realistic?

Great design, Marc! I'd go with the more realistic size...but that's just my $0.02.

I suggest the second one, with three color stripes, but with white instead of black.

But, that's nitpicking. Anything you could do would be great, I'm sure.
