I see that your boy brought his same old losing style to Real Maryland, just in case you forgot what I said "Silvino could not locate a talented player even if the played landed on his head". The excuse with the Royals was that they did not have the funds to compete with the other teams, so what is the problem now. What's his record now 10 out of 11 ......
Look at Crystal Palace and how they found Gary Brooks and turned things around, why can't a veteran coach like Silvino find a player of his caliber to help his program?

It's really difficult to say something positive when Silvino gets rewarded with a new job after one winning season in eleven years with the Royals. His new team has lost more games that any other division II team and they have won just ONE out of the LAST 10 GAMES played.

look at it this way. Palace have a head start on Real Germantown... not that I'm defending them, just playing devils advocate here. I have truly heard NOTHING positive from the Los Monarchos camp. But in all fairness, Palace were crap for most of their first season also. A bad team that couldn't draw flys with week old steaks. The teams play improved towards the end of last season though. Give Real through the end of next sesaon to get up to speed... if there is a next season for them.

I give Palace credit for being a new team and making a run at the playoffs last season, they really started winning games when Gary Brooks joined the team.
My deal with Real Maryland is Silvino, when was the last time this guy had a winning season? when was the last time he found a really good player? but he gets to leave the Royals where he could not win in the PDL to coach a division II team. The DC Metro area is loaded with talent and it's up to him to go find this guys.

I do not any players for Real Maryland to sign. I did have a player for Richmond to sign but we could not come to an agreement on one a major issue.
