2008 PRO-TEAM TRYOUTS



November 16th 2007, The Cleveland City Stars are proud to announce their annual open tryouts for the 2008 season. The second-year organization is looking to ride the momentum that came from the inaugural team's on and off-field success. Tryouts will be held at the City Stars' home field, Krenzler Stadium on the campus of Cleveland State University. Head Coach Martin Rennie, General Manager Mark Geissbauer & Executive Director Aaron Tredway along with other members of the front office, will be in attendance to evaluate players during these tryouts.




"We look at these tryouts as a great opportunity, both for our team and for the surrounding community through the development of local soccer talents," head coach Martin Rennie said. "We look forward to the challenge of repeating the success of last season. The tryouts are the first step in that process and it gives the local talent pool a chance to come out and join us in our mission."

2008 CLEVELAND CITY STARS TRYOUT DATES:


TRYOUT OPTION 1: Friday, February 1st 2008 - 10 AM until 2 PM

Friday, February 1st 2008 - 7 PM until 11 PM


TRYOUT OPTION 2: Friday, February 15th 2008 - 10 AM until 2 PM

Friday, February 15th 2008 – 7 PM until 11 PM


LOCATION: Krenzler Field, Downtown Cleveland
