What on earth is Tony Soto doing at tryouts. He is an excellent defender and you figured that he wouldn't have to tryout for teams to get signed.

he said that he's getting bumped a lot when other "high dollar" former MISL players show up. Think he's getting a bit frustrated.

This organization is so messed up I don't even know where to start. jfl99, I am keeping my eyes open for word on tryouts. Anticipate anywhere from a week to a couple days notice if last year is any indication.

Anyways, I don't think the Patriots would want these players. If you look at one of Duke's post in the free-for-all thread, you will see that team owner Enrique Cervantes continues to staff this team with people from south of the border. Which begs to ask, why in the hell didn't Cervantes just start a pro team in Mexico? If you ask me (and even if you don't) I think that is sh!t. I am tired of seeing these bunch of crappy players from across the border who are either on their way up or down. I want to see strong consistent team here that finally win some silverware, but considering how the harsh reality that is the Patriots soccer team is setting in, I think I have a better chance of owning a McClaren F1.
