I guess it was someone with ties to the organization talking with some friends. They start to ask him about moving back up to Div. 1 and so on, and then, he mentions that there are advanced plans in the works to build a soccer-specific stadium for the Pats in Sunland Park. Any truth to this rumour?

Hmmmm. Haven't heard Sunland Park necessarily, although I think that would be way groovy. But the rumors are floating...Stay tuned. The possibility exists that there might be something definitive soon enough.
